You can purchase an ultra fine marker here or just get them anywhere pens and markers are sold. Scissors, floss not included.
How Bitzy Deluxe Keeps work: Just twist your remaining floss "bitz" and pat onto the felt station. The friction makes the floss cling. Handy strong magnet for needles or scissors. On the back, write your chart info with Ultra fine marker or wet erase marker. When done, wipe clean with alcohol wipe. May stain over time, but will still remain usable. Allow to dry before handling. Always handle with clean dry hands.
